Today I'll be unfaithful to Ubuntu gnome panels
This little trick is used to restore gnome panels to its Original, as when you first install the Ubuntu.
too often played the panel ... adding links to programs, modifying the notification icons, the main menu, adding a new panel ... etc. Sometimes we may charge. Well, to restore it, just open a terminal window (if for some reason, you may also load the menu and you do not like taking applications accessories / terminal, press ALT-F2 and type gnome-terminal and press enter). Later, in the terminal, run the following commands:
gconftool-2 - shutdown
rm-rf ~ / .gconf / apps / panel pkill
gnome-panel
After this, your panels will be restored as when you first installed your system .
